What Questions Should I Ask A Traffic Lawyer?

I am trying to find a lawyer for a Reckless Driving ticket and I am wondering what questions should I ask him. I NEED a lawyer for this. I know some may say just go and ask the judge to be easy…etc…but this is not the case. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Don’t laugh, but the best question to ask is: “Are you planning on trying to get me off? Or just ask for a reduced fine/.points?”
If, from the get-go, the lawyer is talking about totally getting you off (presuming that you did it), then be wary. While this may be what you want, any lawyer that’s enthusiastic about trying to make believe that you didn’t do it… may end up being a liability. You could end up in jail or lose your license if your lawyer goes in with both guns shooting.
