Hey sweety….you shouldnt have to pay for lawyer unless you have several tickets…the judge usually lets you go with just $50-75-100 dollars depending on ur driving record too!!! Pretty much if you have proof of insurance they will waive the fees ….just smile and look innocent!!!
You likely aren’t going to get out of it, but you should just open a local phone book and start calling attorneys in your area and asking them. I’m sure the fees will depend on the law firm, but $500-1000 should be expected. Oh, and don’t forget about your fines…where I live there is a $575 minimum fine for driving without insurance. Plus court cost $75.00.
accident or just checking you out?
go to court naked and face the news yourself, after you get the ins. some judges will put you on probation for a year to make sure you keep your insurance up to date. Lawyers might get your fine reduced but in the long run your not saving anything.
Here its only a $117 fine…id just pay it.
Unless you’re facing a hefty penalty (jail time or a really big fine) you shouldn’t need an attorney for traffic court. Usually if an attorney goes to court for you in any way, you’ll have a few hours of his time, and that ranges depending on where you are and other things. Could be a few hundred bucks or more an hour. You just have to call around and ask; that is, if you think you need one.
Well, you can’t pay him to get you out of it, you pay him to show up in court.
Expect to pay about $1000, for one court appearance. And if you didn’t have insurance at the time – expect to lose.
If you are willing to buy a house, you would have to receive the home loans. Furthermore, my father usually uses a term loan, which occurs to be really useful.
