Are there any other ways to clear your record from the DMV and your insurance company without writing a thorough and detailed letter [lawyers & lawsuits] AND have your insurance lower the raised premium from being in an accident? This was a traffic accident by the way with another car.
I heard that you can take traffic school to take off records but i don’t know if it could take off your insurance records or lower your insurance rate.

Should I hire a lawyer to fight my speeding ticket? I was going 70 on a 55 zone at 11pm on a Monday night in the County of Sacramento. The last sign on the road I saw was 65 and the officer told me the road changed to 55 and he was following me for a while using his radar. I had a speeding ticket last year going 79 on a 65 and went to traffic school and got that cleared. I don’t want my insurance premiums to go up so I am considering hiring a traffic lawyer

This citation was given to my friend (in Pooler, GA) as he was giving me a ride to the SAV airport for a bereavement flight. I had just found out that my dad died (unexpectedly–in the midwest) that morning. My friend and I both do not recall any reckless driving. In fact we don’t know exactly why he got the citation. He asked for a copy of the full report and was told all the info they had was on the carbon copy of the ticket he had.

My friend would prefer to go without buying drugs online an attorney. However, all advice is welcome and any ideas on discount or pro-bono representation would be very helpful. The evidence we recall indicates that my friend is not guilty. Are we entitled to be able to view all records? How serious is a reckless driving citation? What are the extremes within reckless driving? Any ideas on where to get more info on it? If in the long run a lawyer will be the best way to go, let us know and let us know what you would do (and why)? Thanks in advance for your help!
